    Firstly, the most important thing to us is our users' security and right to personal information. We only store information that you enter directly into the app, in order to use BOLT features. The only information that is directly linked to you is your email and username, that's it. We do not track you on other apps or get information about you from elsewhere, like other apps.
  • Does BOLT have customer support?
    We have a team of REAL people available to help you with everything BOLT 24/7. You can contact us directly via email at support@theboltsocial.com, and a real person will get back to you. Ask us any questions or even give us feedback, we're all ears!
  • How does BOLT make money?
    Yes, we don't have Ads. So how do we make money to run the platform? Currently, we are running on self-funding and our goal to make a great social platform.
  • How private is my data on BOLT?
    Unlike other platforms, our goal is to keep ensure your data is only with you. We do not track your usage, store sensitive information, or gather data about you whatsoever. BOLT only stores basic information to make your profile, allow you to post, and use the app.
  • Is BOLT available on Android?
    Unfortunately, as a small team, we could not develop both an IOS and Android app. Our goal is to build the highest quality platform out there, which meant choosing one or the other to start off with. As most of our talent was in IOS development, we had to go that route. But don't fear, BOLT Social on Android is in the works...
  • How can I get verified?
    On BOLT, verification is offered to individuals for safety. We offer people with large audiences verification as part of an effort to eliminate impersonation.
